Come gather in community for an evening of ritual to align with the Full Moon.

Heart Medicine’s Emma and Cami will guide you through a sacred Cacao Ceremony. Once we move into our heart space with the help of Cacao, we will journey with it into a powerful breathwork session using a 3 part shamanic breath.

This breath effortlessly unlocks the process by which one suppresses experience in order to dissolve trauma, unconscious thought patterns, conditioning, and stress on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

We’ll round out the evening with a centering crystal bowl sound bath along with some other sound goodies. It is in this space of connection that you can find expansion, and heart to cultivate in your life.

The Full Moon represents the culmination of the energies initiated at the time of the New Moon and is a perfect time to be together, celebrate, share from your heart and be heard.
